Introduction
Casa Raya Restaurant & Catering is one of the newest restaurants in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah that situated in Alamesra. There are several shops and restaurants which the customers be able to patronise around the Alamesra area. This restaurant is located very near to the University Malaysia Sabah (UMS) and the 1 Borneo Hyper mall, making it a very strategic location and being popular among customers which lives in the surrounding residential estates and also the students.
The history of Casa Raya Restaurant & Catering was started when this restaurant was opened in 15th May 2009. This restaurant is the first branch for the Restauran Kota Raya in Kota Belud. It is managed by the Kota Belud local, Puan Nuraya Binti Hj Sibul.
The future planning for Casa Raya Restaurant & Catering would be expanding its business with the opening for one lot of shop office which would be reserved as an air-conditioned multi-purpose

4.1 General Pricing
The pricing in Casa Raya Restaurant based on their menu choosing by customer like, the customers will take one meat, chicken,  or fish and  mix with vegetable then the staff there will count one dished around RM5.00 to RM15.00 it depend on what a customer take it their meal
4.1 Package Pricing
For the package pricing their usually applied from their function their have like a birthday, wedding, celebration like Hari Raya etc.
 Package pricing in their restaurant usually using a banquet service for client who want their   catering service. Like the package price in their restaurant 10 pax is RM348 their meal their prepared 4 dished.
